Refund Requests Will Be Considered Only In Cases Where The Customer Receives A Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Product. Customers Must Raise A Refund Request Within 2 Days Of Receiving The Product By Contacting Our Support Team Along With Valid Proof Such As Photos Or Videos.
As Our Products Are Heavy-Duty And Stone-Based In Nature, Refunds Will Not Be Applicable For Issues Arising Due To Improper Usage, Mishandling, Or Wear And Tear After Delivery.
Once The Refund Request Is Received And Approved After Internal Verification, The Refund Amount Will Be Processed Within 1–2 Business Days. The Refunded Amount Will Be Credited To The Customer’s Original Mode Of Payment, Subject To Bank Processing Timelines.
In Cases Where Orders Are Cancelled By OM MURUGA IMPEX Due To Stock Unavailability Or Logistical Issues, The Full Amount Paid For The Affected Product(S) Will Be Refunded.
OM MURUGA IMPEX Reserves The Right To Reject Refund Requests If The Product Has Been Used, Altered, Or Damaged After Delivery.
